All federal government contractors are prohibited from using CRT-based trainings. Entities that receive federal grants are also prohibited. The Executive Order recognizes the inconsistency between CRT and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The Attorney General must research how CRT could establish a hostile work environment prohibited by Title VII.
