::::So let me summarize briefly: under the [[DARPA]] program, technology developed by the US government ends up in the hands of private contractors. This article, [[Biden_Putsch#Election_disinformation]], explains how one such program designed to detect "misinformation" in foreign elections, has been transferred to private contractors for use in a [[Psyop]] against the American people in the 2020 elections. Scorecard, designed to actually rig the numbers as ballots are tabulated, is now in the hands of private contractors for the DNC, similar to how the [[FusionGPS]] and [[Crowdstrike]] privately contracted with the DNC to interfere in the 2016 election.
