However, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the release date was pushed back. Colin Farrell will play The Penguin, Zoe Kravitz will play Catwoman, and Paul Dano will play The Riddler. A trailer was released in August 2020 to positive acclaim. At the time of the trailer's release, only 25% of the movie had been completed.
