:An extension should be able to do this, but you would probably need to make it from scratch. It sounds like you are talking about modifying the search result page itself, so that might be bit difficult, though. The search engine will still be returning WP results, so I think you would need your addon to check independently for a CP page on the same topic, then do post processing on that page to overlay that CP result on top of the WP result. A somewhat "lazier" option would be to do DNS replacement/interception in the addon, and simply redirect wikipedia.org URIs to conservapedia URIs. The search results would look the same, but when a WP link is clicked, you would end up on CP instead.
