|Based off of a 2018 Broadway show, the movie stars a bunch of celebrities from cities like Los Angeles arriving at a rural Indiana town, looking down on the locals for their "backwards" ways. The movie is definitely pro-homosexuality, for the main character is seen as right while the townsfolk are painted as bigoted against her because of this. Christianity is also wrongly ragged against, for a group of Christians at the local mall are labeled as unempathetic due to wanting to follow the Bible and going to church. Middle America - as well as its small-town values - is also mocked as being stupid and unprogressive while the urban celebrities coming to the town to spread their far-left activism are seen as the right way to live.

|Based off of a 2018 Broadway show, the movie stars a bunch of celebrities from cities like Los Angeles arriving at a rural Indiana town, looking down on the locals for their "backwards" ways. The movie is definitely pro-homosexuality, for the main character is seen as right in wanting to attend a dance with a female date while the townsfolk are painted as bigoted against her because of this. Christianity is also wrongly ragged against, for a group of Christians at the local mall are labeled as unempathetic due to wanting to follow the Bible and going to church. Middle America - as well as its [[small town values]] that it represents - is also mocked as being stupid and unprogressive while the urban celebrities coming to the town to spread their far-left activism are seen as the right way to live; the main character even sings about how superior living in San Francisco is compared to rural Indiana.
