For a parent trying to defend their child against transgender indoctrination and the danger of Joe Biden, labeling transgenderism as gender confusion in the Table of Contents does nothing for them. They will not read the content and simply pass over it, thinking there is no useful information for them in this article. It's a simple marketing principle, and has nothing to do with ideology.
