'''Tracey Robert Mann''' (born December 17, 1976) is an American businessman and politician, who currently serves as the U.S. representative from Kansas's 1st congressional district. The district, popularly known as "the Big First," covers portions of 63 counties in central and western Kansas and is the seventh-largest district in the nation that does not cover an entire state.
Tracey Mann replaced an Excellent outgoing representative with [[Roger Marshall]] who became a senator. His case is similar to that of [[Andrew Clyde]] in that they were replacing excellent representatives, but do not disappoint as both support the [[America First]] Agenda. Clyde was replacing [[Doug Collins]] whose senate bid failed unlike Marshall's bid, which was a success.
Mann objected to the results of both states. He also voted against the COVID-19 Hate Crimes Act in the House set forth by [[Grace Meng]].<ref>https://clerk.house.gov/evs/2021/roll145.xml</ref>
