The son of John and Ruth Eubanks, he was born in the village of Hicksville in Defiance County in northwestern [[Ohio]]. he graduated from Northeast High School in North Little Rock, [[Arkansas]]. He studied commercial photography from 1989 to 1990 at Kilgore College in Kilgore, [[Texas]]. From 1990 to 1991, he attended Northwest Mississippi Community College in Senatobia in Tate County. In 1994, he obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the [[University of Arkansas]] at Fayetteville. He took an [[Old Testament]] course in 2007-2008 at Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in Cordova, [[Tennessee]]. He took specialized courses in [[Graz]], [[Austria]], and [[Guadalajara]], [[Mexico]].<ref name=dpe/>
