Fauci wasd informed on February 1, 2020 that the covid virus was a [[bioweapon]] manufactured in the WIV laboratory.  As the nation's top health advisor, Fauci did not inform the president of the United States, nor anyone in the [[Department of Health and Human Serices]] or the [[Center for Disease Control]].
