::I am at a loss concerning the proof by induction though - if we start at one digit, then to two, adding one repeatedly, that number will still be an integer, a real number, which (as stated in [[infinity]]) cannot be infinity. No matter how large it gets, it's still a finite number. This proves it for all integers n, but infinity isn't in the set of integers. It's beyond! ha ha (that's my attempt at levity) [[User:AlChesapeake|AlChesapeake]] September 4, 2021 | ::I am at a loss concerning the proof by induction though - if we start at one digit, then to two, adding one repeatedly, that number will still be an integer, a real number, which (as stated in [[infinity]]) cannot be infinity.
