This must be a [[hoax]], For the annexation of [[Bouvet Island]], Google returns only [https://www.google.com/search?q=rhodesbury+bouvet 21 results] including this article. After removing Twitter, Facebook and duplicates, the only two remaining relevant results were only created [https://web.archive.org/web/*/www.government-of-rhodesia.org a few months ago]. The only author of the article describes himself as the [[User:Rhodesia|Press Office of the government of the Republic of Rhodesia]]. On one of those sites there is a button "What others write about Rhodesia" with a direct link to the article on this site, on the other one the button is named "Click here to learn what really happened since 1980".
