It is alleged that China has a secret plan to invade and takeover the United States via Mexico. Gulbransen went to Mexico and talked with various people about Chinese troops. He collected stories from border patrol officers,Mexican policemen, fishermen and others. The main points made were these:
1. China is pumping arms, ammunition, men and uniforms into Baja California through the port of Ensanada.
2. Communist bloc troops are in Mexico.
4. Chinese military supplies are being smuggled into the United States.
6. Communist guerillas in Mexico expect that soon the United States will soon be brought to its knees.
