:Actually, I have debated RationalWikians several times and they fared badly. When they lose debates badly due to me factually refuting them, they banned me. It was fun for awhile because I lead various conversations into debates and they hated losing the debates. The truth is that I can debate RationalWikians frequently if I wish to. One of the RationalWikians admitted that they can no longer say that I am afraid to debate them (which was a false claim anyways).
:But I do understand the main thrust of your post which advised me not bother with unreasonable people.
:With that being said, they have lost a ton of web traffic since 2019 (see: [[RationalWiki and web traffic]]). And currently they are bleeding search engine traffic. So to use an analogy, what I have been doing is firing on a ship that is already sinking.
:On the other hand, there are some good things happening in my life personally, professionally and for a cause I am involved in. I should focus on these matters. Recently, I watched a few good movies based on true stories. One of the movies was [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eF32ZrVy8Kk Coming out of the Ice] about Victor Herman. At the end of the movie, Mr. Herman reunited with his wife after a period of separation due to exile in the wilderness of Siberia. Herman said America gave him the dream of freedom and his wife gave him the dream of love. I should not let some unreasonable people distract me from love of God, family, friends and assisting worthy causes I believe in. And there is still a lot of freedom and opportunity in America for people willing to work hard, learn marketable skills and take advantage of various opportunities so what Mr. Herman said about the dream of freedom being in America still applies today.
