Another type of concern troll is an anti-American liberal who goes onto comment boards and pretends "concern" for the United States, its Constitution and its values (all of which he actually hates) by attacking patriotic conservatives with intentionally misleading comments and false accusations, such as "Why do you hate America?", intended to paint the patriotic conservative as "anti-American" when it is really the concern troll, with his support for all things opposed to America and its values while pretending otherwise, who is the actual anti-American.
