The Pelosi family refused to relinquish home surveillance video of the alleged break-in to local media or police.  The San Francisco Police did not release body cam footage. San Francisco 911 services did not release the original call from Paul Pelosi. The Pelosi residence is surveilled 24/7 by the [[Capitol Police]] from [[Washington, D.C.]], a non-[[Executive Branch]] agency that is not subject to [[Freedom of Information Act]] requests.  The Capitol Police also opened a field office in San Francisco to guard the Pelosi residence after a disgruntled constituent defecated on Mrs. Pelosi's doorstep in 2020.<ref>https://youtu.be/5lFd0SdunzM</ref>  The Capitol Police had a live closed circuit television feed inside the Pelosi home, but ignored Mr. Pelosi and his friend's behavior.  The Capitol Police never made the video tape public.  Nancy Pelosi at the time was the chief officer in charge of the Capitol Police.
