You are either completely missing her point or steadfastly ignoring it. FBI statistics report based on bias. Thus, anti-homosexual crimes are those that are commited with an anti-homosexual bias, thus by their nature are commited by someone who is not homosexual. A gay on gay attack does not have a bias of this type and is thus not included. You are trying to argue that the FBI counts every crime against a gay individual as an anti-homosexual crime... if this were true, then your point on need statistics on the perpetrators would be valid, but this is not how the statistics are reported, thus your point (not the statistics) is flawed.
