:These days, as there's drastically less active editors on Conservapedia compared to the arguably glorious days of even five years ago, it appears that additional [[Special:UserGroupRights|rights]] beyond SkipCaptcha aren't practical to anticipate obtaining unless you have excellent credentials on the site which either a) are directly noticed by Andy, or b) presented by a prominent editor to Andy in requesting to grant more rights. The vague threshold for obtaining "edit" (which allows editing the site 24/7 even when there's the "soft" locking phases which randomly occur) and "Upload" probably require at least hundreds of edits and substantial content created, from my knowledge and observation as an editor for the past several years.
