Furthermore, SCOTUS is not consistently applying judicial restraint to strike down Biden's socialist (and parafascist, since arguably its robbing from  the working-class to help privileged students is akin to the Italian Fascist model of a welfare state benefiting the "fit") "student loan forgiveness" nonsense.
