a start
Titanic design flaws were many in the catastrophic sinking of the Titanic and the death of slightly more than 1,500 of its passengers in the frigid waters of the North Atlantic Ocean.

The design flaws include use of compartments in the hull of the ship that allowed water to spillover from one to the next, to the use of inferior rivets to fasten panels of the ship together.

Actor Network Theory is used some scholars to analyze culpability for the design flaws.
