Steven Lopez, a Black Lives Matter protester, was arrested for inciting a riot, disorderly conduct, harassment and possession of drug paraphernalia.  His citation noted he was in possession of a handgun "with two full mags of ammo" at the time of the arrest. He was released. Ten days later Lopez was arrested again for murder and first-degree wanton endangerment. The murder victim was another Black Lives Matter protester.  Lopez fired into an encampment of protesters wanting to defund the police. Bystanders returned fire, wounding the accused killer in the leg.  Lopez participated in many protests, which rocked the streets of Louisville for a month.  Media accounts referred to the BLM protester as a [[Hispanic]] [[white supremacist]].<ref>https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/what-we-know-about-steven-lopez-the-suspect-in-the-fatal-louisville-protest-shooting/ar-BB166xfs</ref>  The leftwing armed militia group [[NFAC]] shot three people in Braxton Park.<ref>https://web.archive.org/web/20200811134945if_/https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DmI8bJ7Kgr8&gl=US&hl=en</ref><ref>https://www.courier-journal.com/story/news/2020/07/25/louisville-shooting-accidental-shots-fired-injures-3-nfac-protest/5510892002/</ref>  Kamala Harris referred to the violence as “brilliant” and was “an essential component or mark of a real [[democracy]]."<ref>https://nypost.com/2020/09/26/kamala-harris-blasted-for-praising-blm-as-essential-and-brilliant-amid-violence/</ref>  In the Breonna Taylor case, police executed the search warrant by knocking on the door.
