:Free speech is the bedrock of the United States constitutional republic and is guaranteed by the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution as is freedom of the press and freedom of petition, assembly and religion. The Bible is definitively against homosexuality and indicates that it is a damnable sin (See: [[Homosexuality and the Bible]] and [[Homosexuality and biblical interpretation]]).
