:::::::::::So we agree he delayed an election, like a [[dictator]] would. You have yet to give a convincing reason that he is not a dictator. And by merging the office of chancellor with the office of president, he assumed the presidency when he was previously ineligible. Exactly what Putin did: amend the constitution to allow him to be the president. The only difference is whether they were already the president or not.
