:::::::So basically, the difference between this proposal and [[Team CP]] is, Team CP pledges to cooperate with other Team members, by the Civility Association pledges to grant [[sockpuppet]] [[troll]]s "good faith" and has a mechanism to kick members out (once it becomes dominated by sock trolls).
