It is thought that a feature, known as the Ararat anomaly, could be the wreck of the Ark.  A expedition to this anomaly was denied permission by the Turkish authorities in 2004.

Atheist organizations do not believe that Noah's Ark existed and claim to have found problems in the Bible<ref>http://www.talkorigins.org/faqs/faq-noahs-ark.html</ref>.  However, these objections have been thoroughly rebutted several times, most notably by John Woodmorappe's "Noah's Ark: A Feasibility Study" <ref>http://www.rae.org/noah.html</ref>.  Furthermore, even the critics of Noah's Ark admit that their objections do not come from the Bible.
