Authorities of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics and their counterparts in Russia have been investigating and recording the crimes by the Ukrainian military and neo-Nazi militias going back to early 2014, when the Kyiv junta first initiated its policy of ethnic cleansing in the Donbas.
