*Dishonorable mention, because he's a foreign leader: Benjamin Netanyahu, for covertly backing Ron DeSantis, and intentionally allowing the October 7 attacks to happen.
*Dishonorable mention, because he's a foreign leader: Javier Millei, for selling out on multiple issues almost immediately after being sworn in.
*Dishonorable mention, because she's a foreign leader: Georgia Meloni, for selling out on multiple issues.
