The '''Morris NorthStar''' was a [[conservative]] campus publication at the [[University of Minnesota Morris]] from 2014-2017.
The NorthStar's access to the campus and ability to distribute their publication on campus was systemically denied by administrators, causing a challenge from the Alliance Defending Freedom.<ref>https://centerforacademicfreedom.org/cases/the-morris-northstar/</ref>
Later, a notorious atheist professor [[PZ Myers]] encouraged his students to steal and destroy the papers<ref>"The Morris NorthStar can f*ck off and die", PZ Myers, Pharyngula Blog, November 22, 2016, https://freethoughtblogs.com/pharyngula/2016/11/22/the-morris-northstar-can-fck-off-and-die/</ref>, which they did.<ref>"Conservatives Censored on Campus: Morris Northstar Newspaper Trashed and Vandalized", Cornell Review, April 21, 2014, https://www.thecornellreview.org/morrisnorthstar/</ref>
Myers regularly displayed the 'Repressive Tolerance' towards the NorthStar and its student leaders, explained by [[Herbert Marcuse]], encouraging total hostility to the political right, and complete tolerance to all movements from the political left.
