Again, Candace Owens has been on a multi-month campaign to downplay and whatabout Nazi atrocities based completely on lies, misinformation, and false conspiracies sourced from various Neo-Nazi intellectuals.
Every one of these videos is based on ignorance.
Even in this small 30 second snippet she points to post WWII ethnic Germans being forced out of other European countries they had come to live in during Nazi occupation, and forced to go back to Germany… and suggests that’s worse than what Hitler/Nazis did. Though she can’t seem to admit what the Nazis actually did and instead frames it as “an ethnic cleansing almost took place”.
Of course many ethnic Germans were not responsible for the way Nazis raped and murdered their way through most of Europe and many Europeans who suffered wrongly took out their revenge on ethnic Germans post-war, but it was not comparable to Hitler and the Nazis systematically murdering 11M people (including 6M Jews) or starting a war that led to the deaths of tens of millions of others.</small></blockquote>
