::It's just a matter of proof and evidence. There is no direct or circumstantial evidence that the USA was involved.  It's pure speculation. And there is plenty of motive for the Ukrainians and some guy from Uzbekistan to want to kill a Russian general - especially if the guy was paid. Is it possible the USA/CIA was involved. Yes. But there is zero evidence.

If they did, they might solve their demographic crisis plus improve their roads and sewers which need a lot of repairs.
