He former occupied the seat for California's 28th district in the [[United States House of Representatives]] and chairman of the [[House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence]] (HPSCI) during the [[Democrat]]'s [[Russia hoax]]. Schiff is a leading [[Dem]] [[warmonger]] against [[Russia]], demanding in July 2024 that 10 additional [[F-16]]s be sent by [[Biden]] to [[Ukraine]].<ref>https://schiff.house.gov/news/press-releases/reps-schiff-and-golden-colleagues-urge-dod-to-support-ukraines-request-to-train-additional-f-16-pilots</ref> Biden has opposed this escalation and Schiff subsequently suggested that Biden quit as the [[Democrat Party]] nominee, citing mental issues but perhaps really due to Biden's position against an escalation against Russia of the [[NATO war in Ukraine]]. Merely a few months earlier Schiff disparaged as political "hackery" a special prosecutor's questioning of Biden's mental competency.<ref>https://www.breitbart.com/clips/2024/02/11/schiff-special-counsel-hurs-report-was-political-he-is-a-hack/</ref>
