::I just saw a news report at: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XmpkoJhqUP8 FAA Academy struggled to fill classes over DEI quotas: Sen. Mullin]. There are claims that at the time of one of the recent crashes, the air traffic control tower was understaffed. This news report indicated that when you have DEI what happens sometimes is that a significant portion of jobs become not filled because they are looking for a DEI hire with the requisite skills to do the job when there are non DEI applicants who could do the job and are not hired.
