I don't think this [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paul_Warburg Paul Warburg wannabee] is anything more than a propagandist. The name is kinda a giveaway.
If you quote him, "Paul Warburg says...", the hearer is going to hear something quite different than you intend. Now one can argue that "Paul Warburg" is indeed this YouTubers birth name, however a gifted and knowledgeable "expert" such as himself should have had enough sense to use a middle initial or something to avoid confusing his followers.
