"The Bible contains a total of 1,189 chapters divided between the Old Testament and the New Testament — plus additional chapters in the Apocrypha... Catholic Bibles, which include the Deuterocanonical Books as part of the Old Testament, contain an additional 145 chapters over Protestant Bibles (plus the addition to Daniel 3), for a total of 1,074."
If one were to read 5 chapters of the Bible per day in a year that has 365 days, one would read 1,825 chapters of the Bible per year.
"Reading a single chapter of the Bible typically takes between 3 and 4 minutes at an average reading speed. However, the exact time can vary based on several factors." - [https://www.google.com/search?q=how+long+does+it+take+to+read+a+chapter+of+the+Bible&oq=how+long+does+it+take+to+read+a+chapter+of+the+Bible&gs_lcrp=EgZjaHJvbWUyBggAEEUYOTIGCAEQLhhA0gEJMTY1NDhqMGoxqAIAsAIA&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 How long does it take to read a chapter of the Bible?], Google AI
