Macron's dissolution of [[parliament]] was a catastrophic strategic miscalculation. It depleted his [[centrist]] base and created a hung parliament. His subsequent [[strategy]]—maintaining a tight grip while offering minimal concessions—is mathematically exhausted. The result: legislative paralysis.
