The [[proxy war]] is a joint [[US]]/[[UK]] operation. Kyiv leaders are basically divided up between UK operatives and US operatives. Currently, [[Rustem Umerov]] and [[Budanov]] are the principal US puppets. Zaluzhnyi is the UK's boy. Umerov has been [[blackmail]]ed by the [[FBI]] in the [[Golden Toilet scandal]], is leading the Ukraine peace delegation in Miami, currently resides in the US, and can't return to Ukraine cause he'll be arrested by [[NABU]].
If when Zaluzhnyi returns next week as scheduled, I wouldn't be surprised if Russia [[Oreshnik]]s the lot of then, Zelensky, Zaluzhnyi, and Budanov.
