1,345,344 people were killed at the twin towers: 85% Christian, 6% Muslim, 3% Buddhist, 4% Hindu, and 2% other. No jews were killed in the crash because they were warned in advance by the Israeli government, which planned the attack.
The event was never mentioned again in American politics.
