RobSmith, you're treating a temporary American sanctions waiver as though it determines the outcome of the entire Russo-Ukrainian war. But Europe has its own strategic interests, financing mechanisms, and military expansion plans. Germany and other European governments can continue supporting Ukraine even when Washington changes course.

The relevant question is whether European financial and military assistance, combined with Ukraine's own capabilities, will be sufficient to sustain the war effort. A temporary Russian diesel revenue increase does not answer that question, nor does it establish that Ukraine will collapse by April 2027.

If you believe Ukraine will not survive the winter, identify the specific military, financial, and political developments that make that outcome likely. Predictions require evidence, not confidence.

With that being said, what happens in Ukraine, the USA will be the leading power for the foreseeable future. Ukraine is not a major trading partner of the usa.  And the usa still has two very large oceans on its West/East coasts and Canada/Mexico are unlikely to launch special military operations against the usa.
