Does anyone have any interest in finding out about the Jonathon Katz who was cited in regards to whether or not he went to trial and if he did go to trial was he found guilty by a jury? "You have to be alive to all sorts of possible ways of expressing things." :::According to Wikipedia Jonathon Ned Katz was born 1938 so if Wikipedia is right about his age and the San Francisco Chronicle is right about the age of the Jonathon Katz cited then Jonathon Ned Katz cannot be the same Jonathon Katz.
