Father Tad Pacholczyk (pronounced pa-HOLE-check) (b. 1965) is a leading spokesman for the Catholic Church on the issue of embryonic stem cell research.  He is the director of education for the National Catholic Bioethics Center in Philadelphia. He earned a doctorate in neuroscience from Yale University and holds four undergraduate degrees: in molecular and cellular biology, biochemistry, chemistry and philosophy.  He also holds two advanced theological degrees from the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome.
