New Article - WWII Battleship
'''HMS Prince of Wales''' was a [[British]] [[World War II]] battleship, but was the 7th warship to be named for the heir to the British throne, the [[Prince of Wales]]. This Prince of Wales had a brief career, helping to stop the German battleship [[Bismarck]] in the [[Battle of the Denmark Strait]]. In August 1941 she would carry [[Winston Churchill]] to the Newfoundland where he met the US President [[Franklin D. Roosevelt]] to discuss the strategy of the war. In the lead up to the declaration of war with Japan, she was sent to Sinapore in the Pacific Theatre, where on December 8th 1941 she was sunk by Japanese land-based bombers.

It is speculated that one of the two newest British [[Aircraft Carriers]] will be called the Price of Wales.
