'''Catherine Parr''' (1512 - 1548) was the sixth and final wife of [[Henry VIII]] King of [[England]] and survived him after his death. Aleady twice widowed before her marriage to Henry, she then became three times widowed with Henry's death and married again thereafter. She was a kindly influence at the English court and held some power under the boy king [[Edward VI]], but did not live long herself after Henry's death.
