In October of 2004 Andrea Mackris, a former O'Reilly employee filed a sexual harrassment lawsuit alleging that the popular television host made a series of sexually explicit telephone calls to her. Bill O'Reilly countersued, alleging that Mackris attempted to extort 60 Million dollars from him.
