::I would guess then that the particulars might enter into the discussion, if the library had no qualms about a Bible study but worried such a study could grow beyond the library's resources that would be one thing. If, however, the library simply would not allow such a Bible study (even with the rationale that it ''might'' grow to be too large for the facility), then there could be a first and fourteenth amendment challenge.
