created page on Matt Stoller
'''Matt Stoller''' is an internet activist and [[socialist]]. He is a significant presence on [[MyDD]] (now [[OpenLeft]]) and on [[National Public Radio]], where he is known to advocate for socialism and other [[leftist]] causes that he calls "[[progressive]]". Consistent with his political philosophy, he uses his blogs to attack [[Republican]] candidates for office (he worked for [[Jon Corzine]] in [[New Jersey]] and [[Ned Lamont]] in [[Conneticuit]]) and to censor commentary with which he disagrees.
Previously a resident of [[New York]], he changed his home town to [[Miami]] after the [[9/11]] attacks.
