Changes

When war broke out it wasn't against the members of the Triple Alliance, since Italy remained neutral and the Ottoman Empire (what was left of it) joined Germany.  So either the description needs to be changed if it is the time period leading up to World War I, or else the combatants need to be changed if it is the time period when the war had commenced.
