'''Moresnet''' is a small district now part of north-east [[Belgium]] which, because of a dispute in defining the boundary between [[Prussia]] and the [[Netherlands]] at the end of the [[Napoleonic Wars]], was declared a neutral zone in 1816. In 1919 it became part of [[Belgium]] (which had not existed when the zone was first declared).
