Science is the term for the systematic attempt to understand the world by gathering measurable data via observation and experimentation. Some scientists and scientific methods require that any results of experiment/observation be consistently repeatable under laboratory conditions, ignoring the influence of the Almighty in singular events, such as the parting of the Red Sea.

Science, unlike other academic fields, is not just a body of knowledge but also a methodology for discovering and classifying knowledge. The scope of science encompasses all physical phenomena, but there is more for scientists to study than the material world and natural processes.

 

Another flaw in secular science is the inability to accept conflicting evidence, causing secular scientists to reject previous ideas in favor of new ones. This requires the constant absorption of new information and the circulation of differing explanations for the same phenomena. In contrast, Christian scientists are able to explain the world using the solid, established ideas found in the Bible, requiring no extraneous “evidence” or “experimentation.”
