I think it should be made clear on islam that they do not understand trinity as we Christians do. Here are the references:
God is '' the Lord of the heavens and the earth, who has begotten no children '' (Koran 25:2) and '' The Messiah, Jesus the son of Mary, was no more than allah's apostle ... '' This is, of course, because they do not have the Trinity concept: '' So believe in allah and His apostles and do not say: Three. ... allah forbid that He Should have a son! ''(Koran 4:171).
