Lyon is located at the convergence of the Rhône and Saône rivers where the medieval city and beyond that two large hills give panoramic views of the city. Lyon is a [[UNESCO]] World Heritage Site and tourism is an important industry, along with film, finance and light industries. A large church, the Notre-Dame de Fourvière, looks over the city from the western hill and nearby Roman amphethers are the largest outside of Italy. Lyon is known to be a capital of French cusine.
