:We went with cat:States of the United States, because it sounds / looks better than cat:United States States. So, strict consistency would be cat:State Capitals of the United States, but I again bring up my theory that, with the focus of the site and all, there's next-to-no chance that anyone would be confused by just cat:State Capitals.
